HUNTING LEASE AVAILABLE

Season lease - $1500 per gun (for 5-6 guns)

TROPHY BUCK HUNTS

Trophy buck hunts - $2,500.00
Hunter has option of shooting 1 cull buck (buck of guide’s discretion), 1 doe, and 1 turkey (if available) in addition to trophy buck at no additional cost. (All animals included in this package must be taken by single trophy hunter. The additional animals cannot be harvested by other family members/hunters.)

Trophy hunts include up to 6 outings, up to 3 nights lodging if available (cabins sleep 4 adults), field transportation, and use of walk-in cooler. Meals are not included.

MANAGEMENT BUCK HUNTS

Management bucks include seven and eight point mature bucks. Guides will be provided. No kill charge of $50.00 per hunt if suggested deer is not taken. Lodging is not included but is available for:

 $80.00 per night per cabin (one or two persons)
$100 per night three or more persons (cabins sleep 4 adults)

7 and 8 point bucks will be scored Boone & Crockett – gross score – no deductions. Pricing is as follows:

110 – 119 7/8 - $1,200.00
120 – 129 7/8 - $1,500.00
130 - 139 7/8 or over 18” inside spread - $1,750.00
Anything over 140 is considered a trophy buck.

PACKAGE MANAGEMENT HUNTS

Package management hunts include 1 management buck, 1 cull buck, and 2 does. Guides will be provided. Lodging is not included but is available at $80.00 per night per cabin (sleeps 4 adults). Pricing is as follows: $2,000.00

CULL BUCK HUNTS

Cull bucks consist of mature bucks - six points or less. Guides will be provided. Lodging is not included but is available at $80.00 per night per cabin (sleeps 4 adults). Pricing is as follows: $100.00 per point

Bucks with points broken off are not necessarily considered cull bucks.

<70 pounds - $1.00/lb
71 - 80 pounds - $1.25/lb
81 - 99 pounds - $1.50/lb
100+ pounds - $2.00/lb

  • Prices are subject to change.
  • Down payments are $1,000.00 for trophy buck hunts, $500.00 for management buck hunts, and $250.00 for cull buck hunts.
  • Non-hunting guests will be charged a $100.00 guest fee.
  • All hunters must have a valid Texas hunting license.
  • MLD permits are available, where applicable, October 1, 2009 through February 28, 2010.
  • Hunter must sign release form before hunting.
  • If blood is drawn it is considered a kill. Every effort will be made to locate the deer.
  • No loaded guns are allowed in trucks or cabin area.
  • No alcohol can be consumed in hunting blinds.
  • All wildlife included in package hunts must be taken by a single trophy hunter. The additional animals cannot be harvested by other family members/hunters.
